The below menu provides a list of all countries in the American continent. To facilitate location of the major subregions within the Americas, we employ the continental definition for the Americas presented by the United Nations Geoscheme for the Americas, which divides the whole continent into Central America, North America and the Caribbean (all of which also defined as North America), and South America. Our definition does not imply any particular position in relation with alternative definitions of the boundaries of subregions within the Americas, but simply intents to provide a functional definition for the user to locate countries more efficiently.
